How Do I Participate?
You can click on the picture above to log in via your computer. Don’t freak out if you are not in front of a computer during the live episodes. You can listen in by calling in on your phone. Follow these simple steps…
1. call the talk shoe number (724) 444-7444
2. when prompted dial the show ID: 32637
3. Then when prompted dial in your ID number, just dial “1”
4. BAM! Your IN!!
To find out when the next episode is going to be just look at the Talk Shoe Banner on the right side of the screen.

There you will receive live updates on what’s new with the show. It also gives me the chance to connect with my fellow triathletes! I will also use these sites to host give-a-ways so make sure you sign up for both!
